These “Newbie” cartoons feel kind of elitist. There may be some truth in them, but, it kind of feels like you’re looking down on people discovering the wonders of Burning Man. People discover on their own terms, in their own kind of tent, their own kind of RV.
Calling people “newbies” puts a very negative face on an event that is supposed to be very positive. You might consider that, since you’re an open minded type of person, that it’s easier for you to understand their world than it is for them to get inside of yours. Try helping them instead of belittling them.
