Rolling with the Fish Tank

Burners.Me is now coming to you live from Houston, Texas. We’re here with the Fish Tank crew for the worlds biggest art car parade, on Saturday May 12.

There are more than 250 art cars, some of them very spectacular. Some have been to the Burn. Others make you realize that there’s an amazing artistic community out there in the Default World too.

This particular Fighting Fish Tank was painted by Burner artist Hans Haveron for Art Basel Miami 2011.

A quarter of a million people are expected to line the streets of Houston tomorrow to check out th parade.

It’s certainly a whole lot of fun driving through the city in an Art Car. We caused quite a scene when we popped into the gas station!
