Reverse CSBS Investigation: David Hawkins

Jason Goodman has replaced self-proclaimed A.I. guru Quinn Michaels with self-proclaimed A.I. guru David Hawkins.

We’ve been checking out if this guy is who he says he is. Results have been mixed.

Rather than being simultaneously a “technophobe” and a “world expert on artificial intelligence and forensic economics”, he turns out to be a less successful version of George Webb – a computer sales guy prone to exaggerating his own accomplishments and telling fantastic, graphically detailed violence-laden gruesome stories of make believe as if they were God’s honest truth. Does Jason have a type?

Claims That Don’t Stack Up

Claims to have a degree from Cambridge with First Class Honours. Was unable to verify if he was a student between 1963-1967 because those records are no longer available. Christian Science Monitor article from 1984 mentions he is a graduate, but says nothing about honours. Former co-worker verified that he attended Cambridge.
Claims to have attended Cambridge University on a Foundation scholarship. Cambridge has no knowledge of this scholarship.
Claims to have graduated from Cambridge with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2 years. It’s a 4 year degree.
Claims to have blown up a diesel engine while an undergraduate at Cambridge. Diesel does not explode. Why not show his degree, rather than offering this unverifiable story as “proof”?
Claims to have bought his Masters’ degree for 5 pounds. This is not possible with degrees from Cambridge.
Claims to be a Forensic Economist. An actual forensic economist was found, who confirmed that a PhD is required for this profession because you are testifying in legal cases.
Claims to be a world expert in artificial intelligence and virtual reality simulations; in fact, other than a single paper in 1983 about expert systems, we could find no published academic papers or presentations at conferences. He turns out to have been working for the past 8 years in a parking lot picking up cigarette butts for $20 an hour. A butt-man.
Claims to have designed the HESPER system which was runner-up for the gold medal from the British Computer Society. There is no record of this on the BCS web site. The system was in fact designed and built by others, he worked on the tender for the project and failed in his attempt to license the technology for his own business.
Claims to have 2 patents in the field of artificial intelligence. In fact they are patent applications that were never granted in 30 years after filing. Neither is in the field of artificial intelligence. Both were registered well after the development and public debut of the HESPER system.

Who’s The Expert?

An expert system is more like Quora or Wikipedia than SIRI.

The paper presented at the Society of Petroleum Engineers in 1988 by R.C.A. Peveraro and J.A. Lee from Britoil Plc contains proof that the artificial intelligence expertise to create HESPER did not come from David Hawkins:

According to Google, neither of these patents were granted.

It’s been 36 years since Hawkins published his only cited academic paper. “Publish or perish” is the rule in academia, and world experts usually are frequently invited to speak at conferences. We could find no evidence of any of this activity.

Forensic What?

No disrespect is meant to Field, Gobsmack, or anyone else at Abel Danger, who have promoted content from this blog before and appear to have been duped by Hawkins as much as anyone. They distanced themselves from him after he engaged with Jason Goodman, which has turned out to be a prescient move on their part.

Hawkins has not responded directly to any of the allegations against him, but has now removed “forensic economist” from his latest bio.

A 1951 insight into the strange (?) mind of David Hawkins. When he was about 8 years old, David’s mother asked him why, when he walked back from his village school at Chartham near Canterbury, Kent, his trouser pockets would get so dirty. David explained that he was concerned that the pebbles in the ditches didn’t get to see the sun rise or set. He described how he would climb in the ditch, stuff his pockets with the pebbles, walk off the road and up a hill, brush the dirt off the pebbles, place them side by side along branches of trees with a good view of the sun going up or going down and leave the scene content in the knowledge of a good deed done to or for the pebbles. David’s mother understood!

“Gays Did 9/11 For Carbon Credits”

Yes, that’s really what he’s saying. He claims on his Patreon page that events in the 1980’s and 1990’s were staged in a wide-ranging multinational LGBTQ conspiracy to profit from carbon credits, even though the Kyoto Protocol wasn’t signed until 1997 and carbon trading didn’t being until 2005.

Is this guy for real? Or is this just fantasy? 50 dead hookers at a pig farm…for carbon credits?

Due Diligence

Recently Agent SERCO and I tracked down a gentleman by the name of Ross, who was the Chief Operating Officer of Oilfield Systems Limited. He was able to confirm many aspects of David Hawkins’ identity. He put to bed speculation that the person speaking on Jason Goodman’s show now had assumed somebody else’s persona.

Ross has given me permission to post our email exchange. I am not publishing the header information to protect his privacy. The quotes below are copy and pasted verbatim, they have not been edited.

If anybody claimed outlandish things it was David Hawkins! He was both brilliant and incredible, funny and persuasive. I enjoyed my two times working with him. I’ll provide a potted history and hopefully answer your questions along the way. My Oilfield archive is back in Turkey (I am in UAE at the moment) so I can’t get all the details I’m afraid.
David was indeed a Cambridge graduate and had started out working with Schlumberger Wireline Services (had many funny stories about that life). He ended up in Schlumberger’s research centre somewhere in the USA, at quite a high management level I seem to recall. He formed Oilfield Expert Systems Ltd with support from Derek Cartwright, Managing Director of Scientific Computing (SCL). So, the original company was Oilfield Expert Systems Ltd (known as OESL pronounced “ooze-ill”. It was founded in March 1984. I joined in the summer of ’86 after completing my MSc in Knowledge Based Systems at Uni Edinburgh. David had worked with Marconi and SCL to prepare the tender to Britoil to build a model-based expert system which became known as HESPER. By the time I joined there was a programming team based in Britoil in Glasgow equipped with Symbolics computers. David and I worked out of SCL’s office in Burgess Hill in Sussex. All the HESPER design was, as far as I know, in the original tender documents (which I think I still have) and so David’s, or at least OESL’s. The development team was headed by a brilliant LISP programmer but I forget his name. Maybe he coauthored the HESPER paper by Peveraro. As far as I know, Peveraro was the Britoil ‘expert’ who subsequently wrote the paper on Hesper that was published. I am not aware of any Statoil or DTI funding, though the latter would make sense. I recall HESPER winning some award but can’t confirm it was from BCS. I do not see it listed for 1988 at https://www.bcs.org/content/conWebDoc/1926
In 1987, the project in Glasgow came to an end. David had hoped that OESL would have the intellectual property rights and be able to commercialise HESPER. When Britoil refused, David was left with no choice but to let all the employees go. He worked alone for two years preparing an application for funding from DTI and a consortium of oil companies including Oxy, Bow Valley and Deminex for a new product, a geological workstation called GeoScene. A new team was brought on board in late 1989, in an office in Winchester, of which I was one. By 1992 the board and David decided to bring on board a new Managing Director, Glen Kendall, an American who had founded Terrasciences. David and I became the marketing and sales department. Glen decided to ditch the ‘expert’ in the name and so the company changed to Oilfield Systems Ltd in 1993. Glen also downplayed the whole expert assistant aspect of GeoScene. David left the company in 1995. He moved to Vancouver, and I met up with him a few years later at a petroleum show in Calgary where we were showing off GeoScene. I became COO and later, when Glen left suddenly, CEO. We had to wind up OSL in 2001 when oil was $12/bbl and our sales outlook was bleak. All employees transferred to Paradigm.

The ears, nose, eyes, face shape, chin, and area between nose and lip look completely different to me; however Ross personally knew this person, and says he has also validated his voice from an Abel Danger MH-370 broadcast.

Glad to have helped. Sure the right-hand photo is a young David! Yes, that was the last time I saw him, in Calgary in late 90’s. Laughed until I cried at his stories of tape worm infection and wireline ops in Australia.
Not seen any of his videos. But listened to his podcast about MH370.
He was bitter about effectively being ousted by the very man he brought in to lead the company – reminiscent of Jobs and Sculley. Glen and most of the employees thought David was nuts. His ideas for a Deductive Computing Machine, which he patented, were indeed far fetched. But I still think his ideas of model-based expert systems, in contrast to rule-based (which everybody else was doing) were spot on. Even today in the realm of digital rock analysis, in which I have been involved these last nine years, I see the relevance of his ideas… more so with the recent renewed uptick in machine learning and AI.

David was laughed at because he suggested his DCM could one day be used to predict earthquakes. Funny, then, to receive from Kaggle just a few weeks ago news of an AI/ML contest to predict earthquakes from historic data. David was years ahead of the rest of us!! I used to think he lived a few feet off the ground… not tied down in his thinking as most people are.

If World Expert Hawkins has been developing his A.I. technology for 35 years, why wouldn’t he enter it in this contest? Instead he appears to have withdrawn the long-dormant patent application in the face of scrutiny.

BMorg Finally Wakes Up To Culture Disaster: Is It Too Late?

Ticket prices have gone up to $1400.

To distract us from that, there’s a huge blog post by Burning Man’s CEO Marian Goodell Cultural Course Correcting saying that after listening to several thousand people’s responses to a survey, they’ve learned that some Burners have concerns that Principles like “Radical Self Reliance” seem to be getting left by the wayside as the event catapults to celebrity superstardom.

As CEO of the nonprofit Burning Man Project, I do a lot of listening. People enthusiastically share their Burning Man experiences, ideas, and concerns with me. Lately, participants have been talking about some alarming changes in the culture of Burning Man in Black Rock City, and their speculation as to who and what is causing them…
After Black Rock City 2018, our Communications Team compiled examples of commodification and exploitation of Black Rock City and Burning Man culture. The report is 55 pages long. We’ve been observing some troubling trends for a few years, but this report stunned me.

We have been sounding the culture alarm here for 7 years now, and so have many other Burners. Finally that message has filtered its way through the self-absorbed BMorg holocracy to the people at the top.

The solution? Keep VIP tickets, but increase their price even further, to $1400. Reduce the number of low-income tickets. Only offer 23,000 tickets (less than 1 in 3) to the general public, while beefing up the ~~Directed Group Sale~~ World’s Biggest Guest List to more than half the total tickets.

Here’s the 2019 ticket distribution.

Even with the price increase and all taxes and fees, it doesn’t get up to last year’s event revenue. Seems to be millions of dollars of stuff that’s not ice or coffee being sold out there, either that or thousands more tickets.

Note that every number is “approximately” and they have now admitted they oversell the festival by perhaps 7,000 tickets a year. So how “approximate” the limitation of 4000 VIP tickets is may never be known: seriously, the government is redacting that information in response to FOIA requests. How many VIP tickets Burning Man sells is a state secret…ponder that.

The camp “Humano” was named and shamed as having too much money and too many women who were both good looking and bored looking at the same time. Tickets to their hotel rooms were going for up to $100,000, and allegedly came with entertainment.

They had the classic “fortress camp” layout, that would have stood out like a sore thumb at Burning Man 1998.

A lengthy Reddit thread devoted to Humano features various camp neighbors accusing them of “ruining multiple blocks” with MOOP and leaving trailers in areas zoned for other camps. There are also allegations that Humano’s packages were priced to include the companionship of multiple female models.
Mashable was also shown unmet requests for refunds from Humano attendees who paid upwards of $130,000 for a stay in a luxury RV and didn’t get what they bargained for.
And all this may be just the tip of the iceberg of bad camps. “There are a dozen other camps that have been sent warnings,” Goodell wrote.

The #HumanoTheTribe Instagram hashtag sure has some purdy ladies. Maybe banning them is not such a smart idea. If these Instagram models are using Burning Man to promote a product, it’s hard to tell what that is because they’re not wearing very much of anything. I can’t see any brand names. I say comp them all VIP tickets. These pictures explain why Burning Man tickets are worth $1400 more than Marian’s blog post did.

The Sawman, the Priest and the Fi Fi Dossier – Let’s Look at the Evidence [UPDATE]

In the past week SRA survivor and advocate Fiona Barnett has become a victim once again: this time of a nasty smear campaign, a 115 page “dossier” which was long on allegations and light on verifiable evidence. In fact the only two real pieces of evidence in the document were debunked by the Internet in less than 24 hours.

There was no apology or retraction, from anyone.

Debunking of the “facts” contained in the dossier with actual truth did not slow these people down one bit. Think about that – They are attacking a child abuse survivor, who has testified to a Royal Commission, and whose complaints have later been borne out with arrests. When They find out that their attacks are based on complete falsehoods, They just shrug and continue the attacks.

You can see how hard They make it for survivors of ritualized sexual abuse to come forward. Those attacking Fiona are using methods and resources of intelligence agencies, and some of them openly brag about their connections to such. They extract money from the community on false pretenses, while viciously attacking challengers who don’t ask for money.

Just like Hillary and the FBI’s “pee pee dossier” designed to smear Trump with #FakeNews, this “Fi Fi Dossier” became widely retweeted by people proclaiming it to be “truth”. How many of them read all 115 pages, I don’t know – but I did, and I was one of the few who came to her defense on Twitter:

This all happened because I outed Elahi Priest aka David Priest as an operative of the QLD Police Fixated Persons unit. I believe his arrest by that unit was stage to set a precedent to medically abduct people with political grievances.

Eliahi Priest aka Contact Zero is part of #InsigniaGate, an 8 chan LARP which was launched in conjunction with the infamous and ubiquitous LARPer Defango.

These two LARPers seem to still be in cahoots, with Defango releasing a video today praising his “bro” and “friend” for his “legendary” cyber-attack which shut down the Australian parliament.

I had a bit of a Twitter run-in with Eliahi Priest when he posted photos of what he claimed was highly enriched Uranium-235 which he had in his possession and threatened to use geopolitically. His account was deleted so you can’t see the rest of the discussion, but I’ve been able to retrieve a couple of tweets from the cache.

I was one of about 50 people whom Fiona followed back on her Twitter account. My last DM exchange with her was on the day she took her account down, discussing Priest’s involvement with conflict diamonds and Isaac Kappy outstaying his welcome and behaving inappropriately around Fiona’s children. I told her that I had seen a few of Kappy’s Periscopes where he stated “Kappy is a psyop”.

Fiona’s ally Steve reported Eliahi Priest to the authorities; the response suggests he may have been working with them already.

Nicole Kidman’s father Antony, a prominent psychiatrist in Australia connected to MKULTRA doctors and hospitals in the US, dropped dead suddenly in Singapore amidst pedophile accusations from Fiona.

Nicole is a Kidman, a family that are amongst the largest owners of land on the planet. Their holdings are equivalent to the size of Hungary or Kentucky

Fiona recently Tweeted that Prime Minister Scott Morrison needed to address ritual abuse survivors in his “sorry” speech to the nation. He did so.

The attacks against Fiona seem to have ramped up again recently in conjunction with Cardinal George Pell being found guilty of 5 counts of sexual abuse of minors and Fiona’s earlier testimony being confirmed once again with the arrest of a second pedophile professor at Bond University.

Fi Fi versus The Sawman

Fiona very publicly called out Craig Sawyer in the days after alt-media journalist Jenny Moore aka Task Force’s sudden death. Moore had also called out Sawyer in one of her last tweets.

If you’ve seen the #govLARP video, you’ll be familiar with the concept that you can’t criticize Craig Sawyer, because he’s fighting pedos, so that means anyone who criticizes him is a pedo. #YMMV.

No kids rescued. No child traffickers arrested. No documentary. $100,000 from Alex Jones and at least half a million from the public. Evidence that money is being syphoned (embezzled?) from both the charity and the film production company. Why are people on this forum not concerned by that, but deeply concerned that the Barnett family owned a house with a piano in it?

In the Voat discussion, moderator Vindicator complained that the images of checks presented as evidence that CRS Security was pulling $7,000 per month back from the movie production company were too low-res to read.

IRS Form 990 for Vets 4 Child Rescue

We just did a Form 990 analysis for Burning Man in 2017, so it’s interesting to compare it to this one. Burning Man has a lot of activity during the year; if V4CR does, it’s not reflected in the accounts. It seems more of a shell company. About 53% of the total funds raised flowed through to the documentary, overall 66% was used for expenses and about 34% was left sitting in the bank account at the end of the year. So even after filming the now “stolen” documentary, extracting Sawyers’ management and security fees, paying for travel and advertising, the whole enterprise generated a hefty $187,120 cash – in its first 8 months. Tax free.

$0 of that went out as grants to help victims of child sex trafficking; perhaps the 2018 return will paint a different picture.

About 10% of the total expenses were for “CRS Security”. Craig Randall Sawyer. It works out to about $4,000 every month.

The checks posted in the PDF above indicate that “CRS Security” was providing security services for $7,000 each month to the documentary production company Dream Arc productions, as well as to the V4CR shell. He managed to extract $11,000 in total every month to himself, in addition to piling up $182,000 in the bank in 9 months.

Alex Jones put $90,000 in, but had to be declared as a disqualified person. Why is that?

A previously discussed donation from InfoWars for $10k that was frozen by YouCaring was not declared in this return.

There’s also no mention of at least $38,000 that was raised on GunFundMe when YouCaring was shut down.

Maybe that is counted as part of revenues, not donations. I was surprised not to see it listed under Schedule B Part 1, Contributors. Any way you look at it, the Sawyers have been pulling a lot of money into their operation. $290,000 in 9 months went to make a documentary, we have to take their word on that though because almost 2 years into this thing now and we have yet to see any footage, let alone a finished Contraland movie. 9 x 11 + the management fees of 4k works out to $103,000 in 9 months out into Sawyer’s pocket, $182,720 cash in the bank account and $293,000 invested in documentary production.

He sure puts the other hard-working content creators he describes as “scummy” and “demonic” to shame in their efforts to make ends meet from doing what they love.

The IRS Form 990 (which I posted a link to) shows $4,000 taken out of the charity every month to “CRS Security”. Sawyer’s full name is Craig Randall Sawyer. This is not a smear: it is in their 990 return. The organization has no employees, it pays for travel and marketing. When the 2018 form is published, we will learn if the Nascar sponsorship is part of that.
I have no opinion on the legality of collecting funds from all states with Federal registration but not individual state registration. I note that Jason Goodman has accused Robert David Steele of fraud for this very thing, and has had Sawyer on his show multiple times. This shows Goodman is a hypocrite, but does not in my opinion prove in itself that Sawyer or Steele are criminals.
Fiona produced multiple months’ worth of cashed checks for $7,000 per month to the same company, CRS, from the movie production company. He takes donations directly into the charity, and syphons that out into the security consulting company. Then he pays the video production company to “make a documentary” that is “going to be on Netflix”. We see no documentary on Netflix, but we see multiple months of checks for $7,000 per month from the production company to “CRS Security”. The checks are stamped as having been cashed. Whether or not this is legal in Arizona, it is unquestionably unethical, deceptive, and self-serving.
You say “do you actually think that should happen for free”. Well this is either something to make money for Craig Sawyer, or something to stop child sex trafficking. Hey, it can even be both – but don’t try to pretend it isn’t, especially when the IRS has granted you tax-exempt status.
Fiona is being accused of all those things, but this “dossier” which reminds me of the Trump “pee pee” dossier which we now know was created by the intelligence community, doesn’t show any evidence. Months of cashed checks and the IRS Form are ACTUAL EVIDENCE of what Sawyer is doing.
Sawyer says the documentary makers “stole the footage” and are being prosecuted but it is 3 months now, nobody has been arrested. What is the prosecution? Others say that he didn’t want to pay the producer to complete the movie.
Sawyer promoted the movie “Contraland” with the Netflix logo. It was never signed to Netflix.
These people are frauds, but worse than that, frauds with TOP SECRET clearances.
I’m sorry but your understanding is not correct. Lore Hoyt worked for V4CR, and was the person who went on the stings and arrested the pedophiles. She is a licensed private investigator and has worked on this sort of stuff for many years, including on previous shows using this format eg To Catch a Predator. She is an important source because she actually worked inside the organization, she is the one who got the pedophiles arrested in conjunction with Law Enforcement Officers. Both Craig and Tressa Sawyer confided in her about Aspen’s behavior.
I linked to Lorelei’s twitter, she has posted a huge amount of evidence here, perhaps someone else would like to go through it and collate it for those who can’t be bother scrolling through themselves. She basically started sharing the truth when she left the organization after Jen Moore’s death. Read her Twitter and let her explain who she is and what she did in her own words, there’s no need for me to try to speak for her.
The military are not allowed to operate domestically, under a rule named Posse Comitatus that dates back to the days of Julius Caesar. The CIA are not either. So if he is running Tier One operations domestically, that should be of great concern to everyone.

An interesting technique of sophistry, you are trying to put words in my mouth. However, the connection between what Jen Moore was researching and what’s been going on in Arizona is significant.
I am not implying that Sawyer killed Moore – though I’m curious to know where he was that night and if anyone was with him – but the whole Arizona Mafia, NXIVM, and Mexico connection needs to be looked at seriously by any researchers in this space. That’s exactly what Jen Moore was doing, she was on a massive tweet storm in the days leading up to her sudden death. Marcus Conte obtained the autopsy report and she was covered in bruises. George Webb’s behavior was extremely strange the day after her death. If you believe anything Webb says he is heavily connected to intelligence agencies.

Fiona has given sworn testimony under oath to a Royal Commission. Sawyer has used the Netflix logo to promote a documentary that was not even made, let alone scheduled by Netflix. Let him produce some evidence. They say they have rescued 1000 children, prove it.

For some reason, Aspen’s advice doesn’t apply to survivors who question her family’s operation. Fiona has never asked for a cent, meanwhile the Sawyers are raking in millions. Tax free. What has the money been used for? Where’s the documentary? Where’s the sex trafficking busts? How many children were actually rescued? These all seem fairly reasonable questions, but anyone asking gets blocked, slandered, doxxed, and gang-stalked. Just watch what they say about me for posting this, and you will see what I mean.
