Jason Goodman is now involved as Defendant in two lawsuits in the Southern District of New York. The Emmys are suing his company 21C3D for stealing their intellectual property for clicks and subs, with some defamation thrown in; and George Webb’s brother is suing him for defamation and violating New York business law with deceptive conduct involving bots and fake viewers.
The corporate suit from the Emmys forced Jason to employ a lawyer. Despite his self-positioning as a “lawfare expert” and surrounding himself with such colorful attorneys as Alan Dershowitz, Larry Klayman and the Becks, he seems to have picked another kooky A.I. guy John Hoover Snyder.
Jason tried to claim that because his YouTube channel is not monetized, he doesn’t make any money from having a YouTube channel. However if anyone actually watches the channel they will notice that every few minutes he is asking his audience to subscribe to him via the Patreon and SubscribeStar payment gateways to support his lifestyle getting into these lawsuits that drag out for years, in which he has mostly been representing himself pro se. His argument that using YouTube to promote subscriptions on another payment gateway is not making money from YouTube is disingenuous at best, and a bold-faced lie under oath to the Court at worst:
More recently, Jason made an argument to the Court that the Discovery process was so onerous that it would be difficult for him to comply, so he wanted to use his “Crowdsource the Truth” platform (basically, rage walking on a YT channel with government agents, insane crackpots and an occasional good guest – not always different people) to “Crowdsource the Discovery”.
The judge asked “are these people paralegals?”, to which the answer was (presumably) “no they’re a bunch of cat ladies getting their accounts drained automatically every month to Patreon”. Accordingly, this bizarre strategy was DENIED.
Which makes the latest development even more concerning for Jason. Judge Stewart Aaron, the Magistrate Judge assisting former FBI General Counsel Judge Valerie Caproni, just issued an Order outlining the documentation Jason must produce under oath by January 15, 2021 for this case. Looks like he’s going to be a busy beaver over Hanukkah this year.
If Jason omits a URL or social media post, he is committing perjury and could be jailed.
How many thumbnails did we see of Dave in straitjackets, dunce’s caps, janitor’s outfits and so on? Multiple episodes per week, for years, if I recall correctly.
Whatever Jason Goodman provided about Dave Acton to FBI Special Agent Brittany Custer is now going to be handed over to Dave.
The best news of all is that the Dirty Bomb Hoax these LARPers used to shut down the Port of Charleston in an “Active Measures” cyber-attack is on the table:
“All documents” would seem to include Jason’s text messages sent live on air back and forth with Dr Jerome Corsi – who teamed up with Larry Klayman in a “Citizens Grand Jury” to indict Robert Mueller on Jason’s show. Mueller appointed Judge Caproni as FBI Counsel and was her direct boss, around the time that frequent Crowdsource the Truth guest Robyn Gritz (see: #govLARP) was also reporting to Mueller.
Jason has at most 25 interrogatory and document requests, which have been specifically limited in scope to the Plaintiff’s allegations. If he doesn’t file them with the Court by January 15 the Court is going to deem that he has waived his right to Discovery.
